Week 43

Week 43, gorgeous fall color that is almost completely gone now due to high winds and tornadoes that moved through the area.  Lil' Miss asked for her wings and wanted to be a garden faerie yesterday and the hunt for a Halloween pinata ended successfully.  All in all, a good week and we're all looking forward to the weekend.

P.S.  The next template set is almost ready.  I will probably release it after Halloween as this is a very busy time for me.

Week 42

It was such a crazy week, kind of like a roller coaster ride.  We were sick, not sick, sick again.  The weather was freezing, warm, freezing again.  Hmmm... those are probably related and now that I type it out it seems kind of obvious.  It's funny how looking back on weeks like this is so enlightening.  This was the last week of beautiful leaves because in the week we're in now high winds have blown them all from the branches.

Week 41

It was  a sad week as the first of the season's colds settled into our house but with the help of good docs and good medicine we have moved past it and are doing our best to get back into the swing of things.  We do not want to miss any of this autumn's beauty or fun!

Week 40

It was a slow week, filled with appointments for the previous week's injury and the current week's illnesses.  The leaves are fully turned and falling from the trees becoming a lush carpet of gold easily raked and jumped in and autumn flowers are filling out the gardens nicely making me glad I got out there to cut back the spring and summer ones.   I am still waiting on that last English rose to bloom.
