When I opened up your file and looked at your TOU, you requested to be credited, but your name and blog was not on the TOU. I had to track back through Suzee Q's stuff to find your website again.
Would you please add your name and blogspot to your TOU and your initials to your preview and PDS file? It would really help people like me who like to give credit where credit is due. Thanks again for the great template! :)
